Our products are personalized. Returns apply only to manufacturing defects.

Return eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days if there is a verifiable defect.

• Print or manufacturing defects.
• Item damaged in transit.
• Report within 7 days of delivery.

Process

To start a request we need evidence of the defect.

• Include order number and clear photos.
• We will evaluate within 48-72 hours.
• If approved: replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• Personalized products without defects.
• Dissatisfaction with style or preference.
• Items that are used, washed, or damaged by use.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed once approved.
• In some cases, we offer a free replacement.
