• We provide a preview before purchase.
• Final print quality may vary slightly based on production.

Ordering and payment

The checkout process is simple and secure.

• Select a style, size, and color, then add to cart.
• Enter your shipping and confirmation details.
• In Colombia, payments are processed via Wompi.
• For international orders we use a global payment processor.

Shipping

We print and ship through production partners.

• Production times may vary by product.
• Shipping may be handled by Printify or a local producer.
• We will send confirmation and tracking when available.

Intellectual property

We respect your content and protect ours.

• You own your photos.
• The generated artwork is licensed for the buyer's personal use.
• ImagiPets retains rights over its brand, design, and platform.

User generated content

By uploading photos, you authorize us to process them to fulfill your order.

• We do not accept illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• You can request deletion of your files after your order is complete.
• We may use anonymized examples to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

We do our best, but reasonable limits apply.

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Delays due to external logistics may occur.
• Our liability is limited to the order value.
